Aluminum casting mould in the use of the environment：high temperature、More oil slag、long working time、compression big, and attack of the mould lubricant, Make oil cylinder's survival is very difficult. But in the same environment, the hydro-cylinder in the die casting machine can work well, after realizing this, we researched and study the hydro-cylinder of die casting machine detailedly: First, bearing capacity is 1.5 times than the rated output force; second, the sealers adopt special structure that suit for the bad environment; third, higher product precision. According to this, we have done three important things: First, in order to help customer to choose hydro-cylinder, we compiled the <core-pulling force LUT>; second, in order to adapt the operating environment, we adopt the same seals with hydro-cylinder in the die casting machine; third, in order to ensure the precision and consistency of the parts, the hydro-cylinder components are made by numerical control production. Meanwhile, for mould lubricant problem, we designed “waterproof travel switch” “waterproof hall switch” and “recessed magnetic induction switch” for choosing, thus solve the problem of hydro-cylinder service life completely.

The mould hydro-cylinder our company produced, specifications from 3T to 30T,stroke length from 10mm to 800mm,useable range covers all aspects of the mould hydro-cylinder, include: hydro-cylinder for movable die、hydro-cylinder for fixable die、die casting pressurization、hydro-cylinder for angle pin、growth hydro-cylinder、hydro-cylinder for pushing material、double piston hydro-cylinder、self-locking hydro-cylinder, etc.
